RETURN POLICY
All items must have the original tags attached and must have been purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a return or exchange or store credit.
SHIPPING POLICY
We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the courier.
We ship Monday through Friday( excluding weekends and Holidays) and order can take between 1-3 business days to ship. During the holiday season orders can take between 1-7 business days to process. Once your order ships you will receive the tracking via email. Please note that tracking can take upto 24 hours to update from when you receive it
Should a package be marked as delivered by the courier to the correct address as per the tracking information you receive, Side Door Boutique does not claim responsibility for the loss. Unfortunately we do not replace nor refund an order once it has been confirmed as delivered. We recommend reaching out to the courier in this matter.
In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to inaccurate/incomplete shipping information please note that shipping is non refundable
